GREAT LOCATION and decor. Air conditioning is COLD though loud. Nice furniture and appliances. Elevator works great.

Suite 302 bedroom 1 air vent rattles loud. Very loud air conditioning when on possibly due to dirty air filter. Toilet seat missing bolt. Bathroom door hinge squeaks LOUD. Bathroom towel rack by shower broken. Dent in wall by towel rack. Tear in area rug Microwave missing the rotation ring so tray tilts. Dining room table wobbles. Pay to park daily. Never found the fitness room

Everything was clean, comfortable, and exceeded the expectations. Loved the music themed rooms. If I ever stay in Cincinnati again I will definitely be staying here again.

I loved the overall aesthetic. The space was beautifully decorated, thoughtfully designed, and well stocked with everything needed for a comfortable stay.

I was in town for work this weekend, and the smoking and noise levels within the property were difficult to manage. Late-night and early-morning noise made it challenging to rest and properly reset for the following workday.
