The cleanliness, attention to details, free tea/coffee along w/ own kettle for use. Peaceful, nice view, simple & nice decor, smells nice thanks to tumble dryers - which are free to use along w/ washing machine.
Wow. No answer to my text message. Front door key System - not fool proof. Almost locked out one evening.

Only a few things: the location, the accommodation, and the entrance, which was clean.
There were many things I didn't like. First, I paid extra for a room with a private bathroom, but it turned out to be shared that was the first piece of misleading information. Second, there was a lot of noise; music was playing past the permitted hours according to the rules. The metal bed was very noisy, and it had stains and hair all over it. A tenant who appeared to be drunk banged on the door about twenty times; I had to alert someone so they could see what was going on. In the morning, there was an unbearable smell of "weed" you know what I mean. The place was absolute madness; I will never visit it again. None of the house rules are respected by the people living there. I do not recommend it.
