En general, todo muy bueno; el personal es muy atento y las instalaciones son muy cómodas y muy limpias, todo a muy buen precio. Inclusive, te dejan un bocadito dulce al final del día en la habitación. Además, te incluye el transporte desde y hacia el aeropuerto, lo cual me pareció genial.
El bar/restaurante cierra muy temprano (a las 8:00 PM), por lo que si se hace tarde, estás trabajando y necesitas algo de café o agua, no lo podrás conseguir. La ubicación es buena porque es céntrica, cerca de todo, sin embargo, la zona no es muy segura de noche, por lo que se recomienda llegar en carro. El desayuno es bueno, pero poco variado.

Beautiful building, large room, staff were very pleasant, breakfast was lovely and little extra touches to make the stay pleasant. For example, they left a small snack of Dulce de Babaco by the bedside at check in. Lots of security. Amazing value for $55.
Being my first time in Quito and a noticeable foreigner, I felt the area around La Carolina a bit safer, but I may have been thrown off by the security first night (in the US, that much visible presence indicates threat to physical safety, but it is different here).

Freshly opened boutique hotel in a gorgeous heritage building. Comfy bed, spacious room, great breakfast. Easy location to uber or take the metro to the old Center or elsewhere around the city. Great breakfast.
