The property is even more beautiful than the pictures. And everything appears to be new and well maintained. The artwork everywhere adds to the personality of the place. Staff is friendly and helpful and the food is great. Very accommodating with the airport transfers and anything else that you ask about/for. Highly recommended!

The hotel was amazing and I highly recommend it!
The transfer from the airport (free) worked well and was in a new van; check-in was fast and friendly; the room was super clean, well appointed with interesting modern art on the wall. There were 2 bottles of water and 2 chocolates in the room. American breakfast was included and cooked to order. I ate outside on the balcony. It was nice. Checkout was easy.
The only negatives were that the WiFi did not work in my room (204) but it worked perfectly in the lobby and dining room where there was lots of comfortable seating. The other problem was that I was not told to leave the temperature “guide” in the shower at the mid point. As I like a hot shower I moved it to the left before turning on the water. As it was cool at that setting I moved it all the way to the right where it was freezing cold. I moved it back to the left and had a cool shower. On checkout I mentioned both issues. That is when I learned not to move the temperature gauge in the shower. I was told WiFi works in some rooms but not all.

The staff was amazing,the property is close to many amenities,food was great and shuttle was very effective and on time,i would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Quito,the staff and the decor of the hotel was just at another level

My stay was great! I really appreciated the airport shuttle/ transfer. The property is lovely! The staff was very accommodating and the breakfast was delicious!
