Great location, could walk or tram to anywhere in Melbourne. Loved the view from such a high floor, apartment had all the essentials: a comfy bed, cooking basics: ice and milk (I really appreciated these), coffee and tea, salt and pepper, olive oil. Also a good shower and spacious bathroom and comfy sofa and tables. Loved it.
Picking up the key from the convenience store (almost opposite, store set back from the street by 20 yards or so) seemed complicated at first. But instructions sent were accurate and you just have to follow them. Hosts, or managing agents, always answered any query promptly.

The view
No tea pot or herbal teas
No personal hygiene products like cotton wool cotton buds
Key collection after long trip was exhausting
Remote control did not work so no tv or radio .

I love the place, location and everything about it. Host was very responsive.
Except for the part that you have to cross the road with your suitcase to pick up the key in a 35 deg day. Other than that, it was great staying at the place.

Great view from the 58th floor.
Kitchen was not stocked to be able to cook. Cutlery was minimal and bent. Oven, rangehood and oven tray were dirty. There was leftover food and rubbish in kitchen cabinets and opened condiments left in the fridge.
