Our second visit to The Gilded Hare, just as enjoyable as the first visit. Lovely private cottage walking distance to pubs, bakeries and cafes. The fresh bread, butter, coffee and milk were appreciated and enjoyed. Highly recommended as a quiet property in the middle of the town.

Great ambiance. Beautifully decorated. Excellent location (walked to dinner at Capella’s and breakfast at Nook & Nourish). Very comfortable, clean and private. Lovely to have bread, milk and eggs (plus tea, coffee machine, etc) there if we needed them. A perfect way to experience the Cornish history of Moonta.

Excellent location in Moonta, beautifully decorated cottage style, part of a historic building, very clean and comfortable for 2 people, basic breakfast provisions.
Bread, butter, tea, coffee and 2 eggs provided which was good but would be better to provide pepper salt and jam as well to cover breakfast.
