Merissa the Receptionist and almost all the staff! They even made club sandwiches for us even though it was only for breakfast. Thank you very much. 🙏 The hotel and room was extremely nice.
Wonderful well equipped gym!

This is a hotel in a small balkan city. You will as a non-smoker experience a lot of smoking almost everywhere, also from the hotel staff not going outside to smoke. It is seen as not acceptable and even rude where we are from, but not here. The spa and pool was dissappointing as it didn't work.
The other receptionist (NOT Merissa), was rude and arrogant. We definitely did not find her serviceminded or approachable.
Those hings are unfortunately the reason why I can't give this hotel 10, and almost an 8.

הארכיטקטורה ועיצוב השטחים הציבוריים והחדר. מיטה נוחה. חדר גדול
האוכל במסעדה בארוחת הערב
המלון מלא כשלים בטיחותיים
א. מעלית חשוכה ולחצני קומות לא מוארים ולא יודעים על מה ללחוץ
ב. תאורת לובי ליד מעלית לא דולקת קבוע והחיישן איננו רגיש להתקרבות
ג. הגישה לאמבטיה ( אין טוש). היא מהאורך ! איפה שחור הניקוז ואין ידיות טיפוס פנימה או החוצה !!! והניקוז גרוע ואתה מסיים להתרחץ יוצא כמו אקרובט מתוך אמבטיה מלאה סבון ומים למידור נמוך יותר ב-50 סמ .
ד. בכניסה לחדר השירותים מדרגה דל 5 סמ ממישור החדר שינה
ד. אין מזגן רגיל אלא נייד עם צינור פליטה. הצינור לא מותקן דרך חור בקיר או בזכוכית החלון אלא חלון אחד נשאר פתוח ! - מה הועילו חכמים בתקנתם?! - כל הקירור בורח וכל הרעש מהרחוב הסואן נכנס פנימה עד חצות והחל מהבוקר!
ה. המתנה ארוכה מאוד להגשה בארוחת הערב.
סה"כ קנקן יפה אבל לא מה שבתוכו.

Das Hotel liegt mitten in der Stadt. Wir konnten die Motorräder direkt auf dem gesicherten Stellplatz direkt vor dem Eingang parken. Wir wurden von dem sehr freundlichen Personal empfangen. Das Zimmer war sehr groß, Betten waren etwas weich und die Dusche etwas klein für größere Personen.
Frühstück am nächsten morgen hatte 30 min Verspätung und war okay.
