Escape to our newly renovated coastal cottage nestled in the heart of Cocoa Beach—just steps to the ocean and a few blocks from the iconic Cocoa Beach Pier! Wake up to sea breezes, stroll with your morning coffee on the sand, and end your day with walks to vibrant restaurants, beach bars, and live music. The Cottage is a three bedroom, two full bathroom home designed for ultimate relaxation in a quiet and very walkable neighborhood- perfect for families, couples or groups of up to 10 guests.

Sleeps 10: 2 king rooms · Nautical bunk room (4 twins) · Full sleeper sofa in the den
Baths: Spa bath with walk-in rain shower + Bluetooth speaker · Second bath with double vanity & tub/shower
Kitchen & dining: Quartz kitchen, coffee station, dining for ~8, vintage high chair, dish ware, spices, toaster, crockpot, etc.
Laundry: Washer & Dryer in the home
Yard: Pergola, fire table, bocce, 5-burner propane grill
Beach: Chairs, umbrella, towels, wagon, toys, cruisers, all-weather surfboard
Parking: Driveway for 2 cars (plan ahead for larger groups)

Wonderful experience at the cottage. House was perfect! Right down the street from the beach. Fully stocked with anything you need. Excellent communication and quick reply’s from owner. Would definitely stay again if we were to come back to cocoa beach!

What a great rental. The home was very clean and had multiple sleeping options for our family - two sets of bunk beds, two king beds, and a pull out sofa. There are a couple of seating areas inside, as well as, an outdoor screened in area. We didn’t use the large fire pit area, but it was nice. The location was great - a block walk to beach access, and the pier was just a few minutes walk farther. A quick drive to Ron Jon, and several dining options. Entry instructions arrived ahead of time as they should, and Amanda was very responsive to any messages. Check out procedures were easy as well. I definitely recommend this as a great option for anyone who is taking a trip to Cocoa Beach. Oh, I forgot to mention the outdoor shower, which came in handy after any trips to the beach.
