Tucked against the edge of the National Forest on Peak 7 in Breckenridge, and overlooking the iconic peaks of Breckenridge and Keystone, this one-of-a-kind retreat sits on over an acre of pure Colorado adventure. Whether you’re here to relax, explore, or unleash your inner kid, this chalet was built for unforgettable memories.
Step inside and the fun begins immediately. Drop down the 11-foot indoor slide, session the indoor skateboard halfpipe and bowl, hit the snowboard rail garden, or scale the 18-foot climbing wall in the home’s jaw-dropping adventure basement. When it’s time to unwind, fire up the hot tub, settle into the movie theater, or challenge your crew to arcade games, skeeball, foosball, poker, or a round of pool—all surrounded by glowing neon signs that make every night feel like a celebration.
The main living room is designed for connection, comfort, and gameday energy, with seating for up to fifteen and a massive 75” TV for the ultimate viewing experience. The gourmet kitchen features a spacious island, breakfast nook, and dining table perfect for family meals and après-ski feasts. For an elevated touch, private chefs are available for booking, so you can enjoy restaurant-quality dining without leaving home. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.

The pictures do not do this place justice. Everyone in the family had such an amazing time. We could have spent several weeks here and never gotten bored. Awesome property!

We had such a wonderful stay here. AvantStay was excellent with communication from start to finish — responsive, clear, and genuinely helpful.The home was clean and welcoming, thoughtfully stocked, and incredibly well set up for a large family adventure. What really stood out was the attention to kids — I’ve never stayed somewhere that felt so intentionally curated with children in mind. The decor is warm and beautifully done, and you can tell a very fun, thoughtful family owns this home.They also welcomed our dog, which we truly appreciated. (It’s clear the home has hosted big dogs before, so fellow pet families will feel right at home.)One of my favorite surprises was the easy checkout — we didn’t feel like we had to “work” at the end of our vacation. AvantStay really took care of us in that regard.And as a bonus, we saw a moose right outside the window our first night. Pretty magical.

It pains me to write this kind of review because I’ve stayed in dozens of rentals all with 5 star reviews from me. Pros: The house is beautiful and in a lovely location. It has all the amenities you need and then some. The game room was what really sold us along with all the bedrooms as we rented this for a large family vacation. Con: This one really ruined this place for me- I saw it has no air conditioning which is fine, but the issue was there were no screens on a single window to let cool air in and the fans they had in their description were non existent. So the house was an oven all day and night reaching into the 80’s. Not one of the 8 of us got a decent night sleep all week. I contacted the host and they sent someone over to try and put screens on the windows and none fit. They ordered fans for us 2 days before we were suppose to leave. This made the entire stay miserable. There was no reprieve from the heat at night because we couldn’t open any doors or windows so we had to suffer. My other issue was 2 of the bedrooms were located in an inlaw suite outside the house with stairs that were precarious at best. If you had small children or elderly using it, it would be very dangerous. That threw a wrench in our sleeping arrangements because the kids I had arranged to sleep there wouldn’t be able to get up there safely. That really needed to be added to the description. This really sucked because I had high hopes for this place :(
