L’emplacement est vraiment idéal pour se balader en ville à pied ! La chambre et le salon donnent sur la très belle place du Forum à côté du café Van Gogh.
La place est assez animée et le samedi soir est bruyant malgré les doubles vitrages. Système de réservation automatisé assez inhumain mais il y a quand même quelqu’un qui répond si on écrit un message. Pas de gel douche ou shampoing.

A lovely flat in a great central location.
The welcome was anything but warm.
What really annoyed me was the complicated check-in process, which required a whopping €250 credit-card deposit held before arrival and released about 5 business days after departure.
Another thing I didn’t like was the way questions were answered on WhatsApp – it was very unfriendly, bordering on rudeness.
The fact that my flat was on the second floor, accessible via a very narrow and steep spiral staircase, did not put me in a good mood. For me, having a lot of luggage, it was very, very tiring and complicated. I arrived very late, absolutely exhausted after driving for 10–12 hours, and I desperately needed to rest, not embark on a gruelling ordeal.
It was also very unpleasant that, in the end, they asked me to do jobs that should already be included in the service, such as stripping the bed, taking the rubbish to the bins, etc. It was already a struggle to carry my rucksack and suitcase down those dreadful stairs; the rubbish was the last thing I needed.
All in all, the impression I got was that the guest is an unwelcome presence. And that certainly doesn’t make you want to return.
