Unacceptable!!!

First night was fine. Room was clean, bed was comfortable.

Night two was where the bottom fell out. There was no water from early afternoon and through the night. I understand that things happen, but the response was totally unacceptable. All communications via text and repeated phone calls were obviously AI responses. I even begged to have a "person" call me back. That never happened. Someone eventually dropped off a couple of gallons of water but did not even have the courtesy to knock and let us know it was there. Other than a roof, the next most important part of renting a place would be to have water. No showers, no brushing teeth, no making coffee and no flushing toilet! Researching past reviews indicates that this has happened before. You would think there would be a better contingency plan. No water was one thing, but the lack of direct communication was the most aggravating part. And "NO", automated responses are not communications! I waited a bit to do this survey, thinking a respectable property management would proactively reach out to offer a refund/apology/ compensation, but nothing. $555 for two nights is pricey but expected for this area, but not when 1/2 of it was equivalent to camping. FOLLOWUP: After much pestering, the property offered a refund of $58.80. Considering the nightly cost was a little over $275, I will let you the reader determine if this is the type of place you would like to stay. I am curious what the calculation method is since another review that I read on another sight for the same incident refunded the customer about three times this amount. Tip for the property owner: ditch the AI responses. It only hurts your business.

An excellent stay in Estes Park

The communication with the host was excellent right from the start. They were very responsive to my questions and answered in a timely manner. The property was perfect for our 2 day stay in Estes Park. It was centrally located between Estes Park and the Rocky Mountain National Park entrance. The unit was well maintained with the king bed and pillows being very comfortable. The unit came with a modern hot plate and a microwave. There were enough cookware and utensils to prepare simple meals if needed. I would definitely recommend a stay at Amberwood Estes Park Cabins and I hope to visit there again in the future.

Great cabin room near Rocky Mountain National Park entrance

Well decorated, clean and spacious. Staff were very communicative. I recommend this property and would book it again. Great location to access RMNP and Estes Park.

No sink in bathroom, kitchen is dual bathroom and Kitchen, but other than that, place is great.

The communication with the host was excellent right from the start. They were very responsive to my questions and answered in a timely manner. The property was perfect for our 2 day stay in Estes Park. It was centrally located between Estes Park and the Rocky Mountain National Park entrance. The unit was well maintained with the king bed and pillows being very comfortable. The unit came with a modern hot plate and a microwave. There were enough cookware and utensils to prepare simple meals if needed. I would definitely recommend a stay at Amberwood Estes Park Cabins and I hope to visit there again in the future.
