Far and away the best place we've stayed in Benidorm in 12 visits. We deliberately chose this place even though t's a good 20-30 minute walk to both the old town and the new areas. We wanted a more peaceful visit this time and it was. At night you don't hear any traffic, just crickets and sometimes the distant barking of dogs.
Location: A 10 minute walk north of the tram and bus station but equal distance from old and new town areas.
The place: I'm not sure what you call it but it's like a self contained annex, connected to a farm house. It's totally screened off from the farmhouse with it's own lockable gates and screening all around the garden for privacy. There's a large garden with a small pool, garden furniture and parasol. It was lovely to sit out at night.
There's a very large open plan living room and kitchen. Everything you need is provided. It's air conditioned and has a gas cooker, microwave, washer, dishwasher and large fridge freezer. Up a few steps and to the rear you have a very large bedroom with a double and a single bed. Plenty of wardrobe and drawer space.
If you're an animal lover, and we are, the owners have 5 very friendly and well behaved dogs, although you don't have to interact with them if you don't want to. They also have chickens and next door have 2 donkeys who are very keen on the odd carrot and apple ☺️
Now to the jewel in the crown - the hosts. Sarah and Rafa are the most amazing hosts. They're incredibly friendly and make you feel very welcome They stay out of your way but are always there if you need anything at all. They respond to messages quickly and nothing is too much trouble.

È stato tutto perfetto. La casa è attrezzata con qualsiasi cosa si possa necessitare.
I proprietari sono davvero eccezionali ci hanno dato quotidianamente uova delle galline , arance o mandarini degli alberi. Addirittura una bottiglia di vino per festeggiare il capodanno!!! Non si può davvero desiderare un trattamento migliore
$$$$
