É lindo o apartamento. Fiquei impressionada com a agilidade da equipe que gestionava, eram sempre muito rápidos em responder e eficientes.
O ar condicionado está instalado num local muito ruim, porque ele esfria o andar de baixo, mas o andar de cima, onde fica a cama, fica quente. Senti calor de madrugada. Além disso achei o check in muito tarde e o check out muito cedo.

The location of the apartment was really good! The bus no41 that stops exactly out of the room goes everywhere.
The room was very clean , really cool all day ( I didn't use the AC or the fan) , the bed was very comfortable and I loved the shower.
The customer service was good and they answered immediately to all my questions anytime.
The only thing I missed is probably a secret lighting under the stair just to open it for the night.
I will come back again for sure !

The apartment was spotlessly clean and the host was very responsive — fast replies and smooth communication throughout the stay.
The emergency exit light blazes through the night making sleep nearly impossible, and the curtains are too narrow to cover the window properly — no privacy from the street. The heating only reaches the upper level where the bed is, leaving the ground floor cold. Sound insulation is poor, the toilet seat is loose, and there's no bedside lamp or ambient lighting option.
