Staff was very much responsive. Property was near the train station and bus station within 5-10 mins. There was a lot of resturants in around the area and even the shop/grocery were walking distance. The photos posted were true. Kitchen was big, utensils and cooking wares was available for usage, a dinning table with 4 chairs, extra sofa that could be used as a bed, toilet is superb, the bed was comfortable, air conditioning is superb! Property was exceptionally clean, they even gave me the extra towels that i requested (without extra charges nor questions) heating in the toilet works. The whole property is well lit with modern design. Very cozy space, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
We had some difficulty fisning out hoe to unlock the doom of the property at first but the staff was able to help us right away.

Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Klucze odebraliśmy przed wejściem do mieszkania. Idealna lokalizacja na zwiedzanie Rzymu. W 10 minut spokojnym spacerem byliśmy przy Koloseum. Wysoki standard wykończenia. Mieszkanie wyposażone w niezbędne akcesoria. W lodówce czekało zimne PROSECCO!!!

We had a wonderful 3-day stay in these apartments with our family. Everything was perfect! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary utensils, a refrigerator, and a dining table. We also appreciated having a washing machine, a clean bathroom with a shower, and hot water available at all times.
The air conditioners in both rooms were excellent and made a huge difference, especially with the outside temperatures reaching 35–40°C every day. The location is also great – a quiet residential neighborhood, yet within walking distance of the city center and many historical attractions.
The host was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely choose this apartment again when visiting Rome. Highly recommended!
