There is no better spot to look out the door on to Arrawarra beach 24/7, it is absolutely breathtaking! A brand new fitout has been done and everything is top quality and wonderful.
Please be aware you are staying underneath an upstairs holiday rented premises and EVERY sound is able to be heard. We had an excellent response from the booking crew when we complained & they offered to move us. We were there for the specific location & had travelled a long way, so we decided to stay, just flagging for others who may not know there will be people above you. And it’s loud!

beautiful spot, right on the beach, so much to love about the place
the noise from upstairs was close to unbearable. Thankfully we had oblighing people above but it could have been horrendous. Beware.
