Well outfitted, clran, comfortable, good location, close to the town centre of Niagara on the Lake (3 min drive, 15 min easy walk). Spacious comfortable common areas (dining room, living room, garden etc). Well oufitted shared kitchen (with one other couple). Free continental breakfast supplies. Friendly and accommodating host
Insufficient electrical outlets for charging phones etc in the room, more news channels needed on the TV. The grass and shrubs in the garden needed attention.

Location was good. Netflix and Prime good.
Not really a guest house. More of an Airbnb experience. Breakfast was self serve store bought poor quality baked goods. Owner popped in briefly as we arrived and left. Property a bit tired.
