What an absolute perfect location for a stay at Niagara On The Lake! This hotel is right on the main street, Queen, making it superbly easy to step out and be in the middle of things. There are two buildings - the main hotel, which has a spa, restaurant, Zen garden, Starbucks - and an outpost building, the first floor of which is for weddings and events and the second floor has 9 rooms. We were in the outpost building, and while the main building has free interior garage parking, the outpost does have a few parking spots outside of it. You do have to walk a flight of stairs, but they'll help you with your luggage. The staff is exceptional! The spa is amazing, and you won't know until you check in that there is a great Wellness Wednesday special where you can do an incredible sound bath (ANITA! You're an angel) and the hydrotherapy circuit, which is so relaxing and fun (the snow room!). We stayed here for two nights and at Pillar and Post for two nights, and while that hotel was nice - a different vibe - I would have chosen to remain at 124 on Queen if I knew better.
Honestly, nothing. It was truly a perfect stay. I have no suggestions!

That it is located on the main street.
Sloppy housekeeping. Room not made up despite the fact that we were out all morning and didn't get back till late afternoon. Not something you expect from a hotel with the kind of rates they charge.
