The master bedroom is a peaceful retreat featuring a plush king-sized bed, high quality linens, a private ensuite, and direct balcony access with calming park views. The second bedroom offers a king/king split bed and warm, inviting décor ideal for guests or family. A special feature of the 2nd bedroom is its private north facing balcony overlooking tropical gardens and the sparkling inground pool. A great place to sit & enjoy the sunshine.
Both modern bathrooms are finished to perfection, featuring premium fittings, generous space, and contemporary style. The ensuite includes a double vanity and walk in shower, while the main bathroom offers a large shower and ample storage.
The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with Miele appliances, a gas cooktop, stone benchtops and a breakfast bar perfect for cooking, dining, or casual entertaining. The open plan living area is filled with natural light and features plush lounges, a Smart TV with Chromecast, and tasteful coastal inspired finishes, making it the ideal place to unwind after a day exploring the coast.

Guests may experience some noise and disruption during working hours.

17–28 August: Hot water works – basement and linkway areas
7–25 September: Hot water works – various units
7–14 October: Roof works – pool/spa and building entrance areas
15–23 October: Roof and hot water works
19–30 October: Hot water system works and pool & spa closure
27 October–18 November: Roof works, including new roof, gutters, ceiling and scaffolding
19 November: Site clean-up and completion
