Welcome to your sanctuary in Victoria, British Columbia! The seaside James Bay neighbourhood is surrounded by harbours, parks and beaches. Located blocks from the Ogden Point Breakwater, Inner Harbour, and Fisherman’s Wharf. Walk the Dallas Road waterfront and breakwater. Spacious ground floor (level entry) 1000 sq ft. One queen bedroom with second den/office space, in-suite laundry, off street parking is available. Adult orientated, No smoking/pets. LGBTQ+ friendly and welcoming to all.
