The location was perfect. It was a short walk to Little Tokyo. Apartment was very clean and likes that parking was gated.
Roku for TV was a little difficult to navigate, but I've never used one before.

Place is clean and smells great as soon as we arrived. Easy to get in with the door access. Moderately quiet place inside the building with the occasionalcity noises outside. Comes with everything you might need for 1 week stay. Close to train and bus stop.
Water pressure is not great.

現地時間が深夜であってもチャットで質疑に対応してくれる。(1時間ほどの合間があったが)
時差ボケで深夜に食事がしたい人はキッチンがあり便利。
寝室とリビングダイニングが別なところ。
使い捨てスリッパ、歯磨きセットが用意されている。
事前の手続きが面倒(特にクレジットカードに数字などが表示されていないものを使用した場合)
予約時に引き落とされた250ドルのデポジットの返金が遅い(ホテルなら通常チェックアウト翌日もここは14日以内との説明があり、今回は8日経過後にこちらから確認して返金してもらった)
枕が高すぎて日本人に向いていない。バスタオルを代わりの枕にして対応した。
エアコンがうるさい。完全に止めようと試みたが送風だけは止められなかった。
ホテルのような快適さ、便利さが劣っているが宿泊代はホテルよりも高い。
