The location was great for us. Not too far from Gare du Nord station and easy reach of Metros, it’s not in the midst of the tourist area so had good range of local bars and restaurants at reasonable prices. The appartment was clean and quite modern inside but in a very traditional block with an internal courtyard, so nice and quiet

L’emplacement et le calme. Le logement était bien équipé et la literie confortable
Absence de lavabo dans la salle de bain pas très pratique et la demande d’une caution de 250€ (c’était indiqué sur Booking mais en tout petit)

The location was central and easy to get to trains.
Way too small for the price point. Literally a room with a bed and barely any room for anything else. Nothing bigger than a carry on fits. You have to sacrifice walking space or open window. And there’s no AC and only one fan. Was completely covered in dust when we arrived and had to tell the person to come clean. Uncomfortable bed. Overall would not go here again. Better to go to an actual hotel even if not great reviews, would be better than this.
