I tend to be cautious in places I don’t know, but from the moment I arrived, the staff immediately made me feel comfortable and safe. The local people were also very welcoming and kind.
The room was spacious, clean and well air-conditioned. The service was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and available throughout my stay. I would especially like to thank one member of staff, Angel. She really made me feel at home and was always kind and helpful with my requests, whether I needed an extra blanket or some towels. Her thoughtfulness truly made a difference.
The only downside was the noise early in the morning, mainly from the animals and especially the local roosters, this may be a little inconvenient for light sleepers, although it is also part of the local environment.

Alles was aanwezig: een warme douche, heerlijke bedden, een apparaat om kleding te strijken was ook erg luxe. Dichtbij het strand, maar toch niet in de hectiek van het centrum. Vriendelijk personeel, aanrader!
Je hoort alsnog geluid van het uitgaan en de hanen, maar dat is een veel voorkomend probleem in de Filipijnen. Tip: leg oordopjes klaar voor de gasten.

We had a wonderful stay! Angel and Vanessa were amazing, very helpful and welcoming, and made our first days in Moalboal smooth and enjoyable.
The hotel is very new, the rooms are clean, modern, and well equipped with a small fridge, kettle, and a big comfortable bed. Breakfast was generous and delivered straight to our room, and the service was outstanding.
The location is perfect, right in the center and just a short walk to the main street. Great value for money, highly recommended!
There were two things we liked less about the room. The shower water pressure was very weak, and the temperature was inconsistent, sometimes hot and sometimes only lukewarm. There was also occasionally an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom, likely from the drain.
Another issue was that the hotel management is not on site. Everything related to room requests, Booking reservations, and guest management is handled by a manager located in Manila rather than the staff at the property. This created several situations of miscommunication, uncertainty, confusion, and frustration, as the team on site often could not provide clear answers because they didn’t have the necessary information.
This hotel has huge potential, and it’s a shame that the current management setup may prevent it from reaching that potential. It impacts the level of service guests receive. I hope this will change, especially with the great team on site who seem fully capable of managing the hotel from start to finish.

Lovely brand new property and a lot of amazing thought has gone into the rooms. So stylish with extra amenities like mosquito killing machine, soap, shampoo, conditioner, very hot and powerful shower! 5 mins from the sardine run and 5 mins to the main road of shop. Super convenient
Room sizes are big too! Nice balcony :)
Cockerels next door are very loud - the hotel does provide earplugs! And this is quite common on the Philippine, but an early awakening none the less
The WiFi is average and 5G connection not great in the room - this is because of the concrete walls. I was okay doing a video call off of 5G on the common table upstairs, but not in the room
One mirror in the bathroom - and as it’s grey/concrete it’s a bit too dark. A mirror in the main room would be great
