Property is obviously newly built and everything was new and comfortable. Bathroom was good and spacious. Some more space above the sink or around it would have been well appropriated. Water pressure was ok and there was always hot water.
THERE WAS NO WIFI! In this day and age it is just unacceptable.
WE DID NOT FEEL SAFE. Door unlocking codes were 4 digit and #.
First digit was floor and other three the room number. Very predictable so we were worried someone can get into the rooms while we were sleeping or when we were not there. Entrance doors (two of them) were never locked.
RECEPTION STAFF, I was lucky there was someone to greet me but my friends that arrived the following day were not that lucky. Number on a wall (metal plate, same was on Booking) no one was answering. Underneath that, on small piece of paper, stuck on the wall with sticky tape, was another number (out of reach/not in use). After 30 minutes of waiting and attempting to get someone on the phone we finally managed and the eye sent us codes in the booking message. We never saw the receptionist, since the first day that I saw him, during our stay.
CLEANING LADY, was the highlight of the stay. She was very polite, rooms were kept clean and toilet paper topped up and towels changed regularly. She deserves a 10!
