La gentillesse de notre hôtes
La chambre était très confortable.
Nous sommes arrivés le jour de la rentrée des étudiants, de ce fait les rues autour étaient très bruyantes et impossible de se garer à côté du logement. Dommage.

Good communication and a friendly welcome from Silvio. She did her absolute best to be helpful, even upgrading us to a larger room, and she helped us out by getting our train tickets printed. The room was spacious, with a good view of part of the city. Everything was clean and tidy, and we enjoyed our stay. The climb up the hill helped us to keep fit!
I realize it was not the host's fault, but we did have one very noisy night from people outside talking loudly, late. The other two nights were very quiet! There may have been other rooms that were/are quieter. But overall, very little to complain about!

La amabilidad de la anfitriona que siempre tuvo una sonrisa para nosotros y cuando le dijimos que la cafetera estaba estropeada se esmeró en arreglarla en ese mismo momento. La habitación era cómoda y pudimos llevar a nuestro perro sin que nos pusieran ninguna pega. La terraza de la habitación que elegimos tenia unas bonitas vistas y es un barrio tranquilo
La nevera de la cocina estaba muy llena y con cosas abiertas de otros huéspedes y casi no pudimos poner nuestra comida y además olia un poco raro. Podria organizarse por baldas por habitación y asi seria un reparto mas civilizado. El alojamiento está súper arriba en una calle de complicado acceso asi que no recomendable llevas maletas con ruedas, mejor mochilas.

Hotel petit amb un cert encant en una casa antiga del centre històric. Ben situat per visitar les Catedrals, Universitat, Jardí Botànic, Museus...
Habitació molt petita i accés complicat. Els carrers de la part Alta són molt estrets i per arribar amb el cotxe és difícil si segueixes el GPS que et porta per carrers impossibles. La Sílvia ens va recomanar aparcar a la Sé Nova i anar caminant a l'allotjament, cosa que va ser un encert, perquè no s'hi pot arribar en cotxe de cap manera. Tot i que no té a veure amb l'hotel en sí mateix, no m'ha agradat el barri, molt deixat i ple de grafitis.
