The location and price were exceptional- really friendly staff despite my poor Portuguese. The public transport was a bit confusing as a new route from Coimbra B had literally opened this week.

Good location !
No help with luggage, 5th floor is accessible by stairs from 4th floor, room on the f5th floor was very hot under the rood.
No breakfast to speak of.
