The Zetter is beautifully located, right beside the British Museum. I was able to walk home from Covent Garden theatres each evening. The public rooms are wonderfully atmospheric, including the breakfast room.

A few small things were disappointing - there was no chair in the room (only a stool at the small dressing table), the hot water was never quite hot enough, and there were no tissues or toilet brush provided.

Very friendly staff, notably at the bar, and delicious cocktails. Excellent breakfast. Imaginative interior decoration, particularly the collection of textiles.

Pity the Drawing Room was unavailable due to an event. It seemed impossible to open my window due to the double glazing. The A/C fan was quite loud. I prefer to have a bath rather than a shower.

Beautiful decor and perfect location, complimentary drink on entry was a nice touch. Ideal for one night stay.

The room was smaller than expected for the price. The pillows were too soft and the curtains did not completely keep out the light from outside, there were also a couple of devices like the thermostat and some kind of alarm in the ceiling with bright lights that made the room quite bright at night.
