立地の良さや広さ、清潔さです。
無人すぎて、少し不安にはなりましたが、問題なかったです。

江南駅から徒歩圏内でコンビニも目の前、立地がいいです。
室内やロビーも清潔にされていて気持ち良く利用できました。
客室清掃は基本ありませんが、非対面でゴミ捨てやタオルの交換もしてもらえるので問題ありません。
ウォシュレットもしっかり使えて紙が流せるトイレです。
使用はしてませんがシャンプー/コンディショナー/ボディソープはシャワールームにありました。
リビング部分が広いので友人同士なら部屋飲み、家族でなら食事もOKです。
テレビでNetflixが見れます。
特にありません。
強いて言うなら『キオスク』でチェックインをしてスマホで施錠/解錠をするのですが、キオスクはモニター付きの電子端末のことです。
あと円決算ではないので支払いのタイミングは為替に注意してください。
数万円変わることもあると思います。

We couldn’t access our luggage because the luggage storage lock stopped working at 2am. We called the out of office number and a gentleman helped us right away. Great service and kind staff.
It may require extra cleaning.

Location was great and close to lots of food and transportation options. The kids loved the bunk beds and had a blast playing on them. Two separate bathrooms allowed for time savings when getting ready. The staff were responsive and addressed issues fast.
The studio layout was ok but provided no privacy. The tv was only viewable from the dining area and not the sitting/sleeping area where the beds and couch are located. Wifi was not functioning in our room but in their defense we did not mention to the staff for resolution. When we arrived we had a very strong, pungent smell in the room that we would not have been to overlook without staff addressing. We were out for a day when the fire alarm went off and opened our room window wide open. We we arrived around 11pm at night the room was filled with bugs on the walls and in our beds. The staff relocated us for the night which required us to pack up the entire room and move. The next morning we had to wait in the room for another room to open up, so we could once again pack up everything to move again. The staff was kind and patient but it was a little frustrating to have to move our things so many times.
