Die Hotelbedienstete Chrystal war eine riesen Unterstützung bei der Buchung von Tagesausflügen und sonstigem, sie war unglaublich nett und sehr hilfsbereit!
Der Frühstücksraum war für die Anzahl an Gästen deutlich zu klein, man musste immer suchen und hoffen einen Platz zu bekommen. Das WC war ständig verstopft, auch wenn man das WC-Papier im Mülleimer entsorgte, was extrem ärgerlich war. Handtücher und feuchte Kleidung trocknete weder im Bad noch im Zimmer, auch nicht bei laufender Klimaanlage.

Dobra lokalizacja bardzo niedaleko wyciągu na górę Tianmen. Bardzo duży metraż pokoju i łazienki. Bogaty wybór dań na śniadaniu, bezpłatny transfer na dworzec szybkiej kolei. Smaczna kawa i herbata w hotelowej kawiarni.
Kompletne nie przestrzeganie przez wszystkich zakazu palenia papierosów w hotelu. Smród papierosów na korytarzach, palący w hotelowej kawiarni w której jest zakaz palenia. Mimo że byliśmy w pokoju z zakazem palenia sprzątaczka zostawiła nam popielniczkę. Nie rozumiem też braku nazwy hotelu Huatien w serwisie Booking. Nikt nie używa nazwy opisanej w serwisie. Amap też nie rozpoznaje nazwy podanej przez Booking
