Light switches in the room were confusing to operate.. We stayed for 8 nights and still hadn't got them worked out properly.
Menu choices are limited and quite expensive. Our request to switch from chips and salad to roast vegetables with our steak was declined, despite roast vegetables being on the menu with another dish. It did seem like an easy substitution to make and we were disappointed it was declined. The breakfast menu was quite limited too. We ordered the pancakes and they were almost inedible, They were very thick, doughy and tough to cut. We gave feedback at the time but received little interest from staff.

It was very nice and comfortable and clean and the staff are exceptional. They make sure you have everything you need. And I felt very safe here.
