The room was clean, and the bed very comfortable. Facilities were very good. Great location and staff very friendly.
Nothing this time.

The location was very good and easily accessible, even though is on a main road. The room was bigger than expected, nice and quiet and the complimentary items were a pleasant surprise. The eating areas were also quite good and most of the staff friendly.
Whilst we were able to get a parking space without any trouble, it could be a little tricky when times are busy. The bar staff didn't offer entries to the free promotions and had to be asked about them.

Nothing specifically

The room was great but the shower was dreadful.
Breakfast was poorly cooked, and the breakfast room staff more interested in themselves.
