Staff are very polite and friendly.
The beds are so comfy and rooms clean.
We paid for breakfast In our booking and when we received it was just warm. We did wait for a while to receive it so should’ve been freshly cooked and hot!
One of the cleaners came out of the lift and had terrible BO which the ride to our floor I had to hold my nose.

The room was great but the shower was dreadful.
Breakfast was poorly cooked, and the breakfast room staff more interested in themselves.
