Extremely spacious! The pool itself was huge (probably about 15m). There’s also plenty of room inside the house, it’s well-equipped and there’s lots of things we didn’t even use like the bbq nor the ping pong table! It has A/Cs units in most rooms across the house and we had a very comfortable stay. It’s about a 10 minute walk from the marina, the beach and “las rotas”, the lovely seaside walk that goes on for miles. We love Denia as a holiday destination and come regularly and we hope to come back to Villa Altair for our next stay.
If I had to be picky I would say that some of the bathroom amenities were a bit dated but that comes with the charm of the property. That’s about it though.

Taras z przodu, basen, fajny pomysł ze sztuczną trawą . Nowe 4 klimatyzatory robią robotę . Super zadaszone miejsce postojowe duża przestrzeń . Ciche spokojne otoczenie . Bardzo kontakt z firmą obsługująca. Bezproblemowy odbiór i zwrot kluczy.
. Piwnica nie zachęca choć ma bilard . Sypialnia w piwnicy też nie zachęca . I zastosowanie podkładów kolejowych w ogrodzie spowodowało wydzielanie zapachu jak i konserwacji która ciężko usunąć z kafelek. Grill nie ma ciągu. No i pojedyncze epizody z owadami hiszpańskimi.

Private pool area and front terrace were lovely, lots of room.
Good quiet area near to the town and marina.
Roomy property.
Barbecue was unusable, rusty and dirty. The back patio needs sweeping.
