Una casa molto bella addirittura con soffitto affrescato.
Vicinissimo al centro e al mare.
Proprietario gentile e sempre disponibile.
Non dipende dal proprietario, ma molto rumore già alle 6.30 di mattina dalle auto o furgoni che portavano la merce per i negozi.

La ubicación del lugar es increíble, muy cerca de la playa.
Pudimos llegar caminando de la estación de tren con maletas.

L'emplacement de l'appartement est idéal, dans la rue principale, à quelques pas de la plage, 10 min de la gare. L'appartement a beaucoup de cachet, et plonge dans la vie du quartier, très animée, par la présence de nombreux shops et restaurants.
L'appartement étant situé dans une rue piétonne, l'accès en voiture est impossible. et par conséquent compter un peu de marche (300 à 400 mètres) avec bagages en mains depuis l'entrée de la zone piétonne jusqu'à l'appart. Voyager léger est un conseil.. Heureusement, l'hôte met à disposition un box privé (payant) situé dans le PK juste à l'entrée de la zone piétonne. C'est très appréciable.
