Pretty nice rooms , I appreciate the cleanliness, the modernity of the rooms and the location. Check in went smooth for us.
I was hesitant at the beginning but it was great ! Would definitely stay there again .
Messages should be replied faster. Another guest was waiting for her code outside the premises around 15:30. I don't know why the code can't be sent automatically after uploading the documents.

The lack of a window I think should be described.
We found out about this after we paid and received the information for access to the room.

Nice place, safe, clean, and close to many sights in Rome.

The location! shops restaurants, the vatican are all walking distance close
The smell of sheets, bathroom, towels, and pillows. Everything smelled eggy.
The noise outside your room- door slamming, loud people in the foyer without any consideration.
The fact that they do not store luggage.
Also the fact that they do not offer a thick cover to bed- you could freeze here let’s say if you got sick during the night.
