We traveled with our family, including picky-eater kids, so we appreciated having a kitchen at the property where we could prepare our own breakfast. At the same time, the property is conveniently located near many great restaurants, so there are plenty of dining options nearby.
The property is spacious, with multiple rooms and plenty of beds, spread across four floors. The first floor has two large bedrooms. The second floor has two bedrooms. The third floor includes the kitchen, a small living room, and one bedroom. The fourth floor is a terrace with a patio set, including a table and four chairs, which is a nice spot to relax and enjoy the outdoors.
The only issue we had was the parking situation. This could easily be resolved by assigning one parking space per house, which would make parking much more convenient and organized for guests.
