Завтрак был вкусный. Номер в целом хорошй. В зоне кофе нам бесплатно дали боклашку воды, когда мы собирались ее купить. Удобное расположение. По запросу дали утюг, чайник, холодильник.
Чуть грязноват, но не критично. Заселялись с котиком, поэтому особое внимание уделяли тому чтобы на полу ничего из мусора не лежало.

The staff was really helpful. They don't speak English, but they can still understand and get you what you need. If you want stuff like an iron, hairdryer, or kettle, you'll have to ask for them because they're not in the room. Getting here is easy with Yandex Go, and there's a store right across from the hotel, so you can grab whatever you need without a problem.
The beds, generated considerable noise with slight movements, consistently interrupting my sleep and leading to insufficient rest. Additionally, Room 208, which was allocated to me, had stain on walls. The washroom's drainage system was also deficient; even a simple hand wash resulted in water pooling for 10-15 seconds before dissipating. Moreover, the quality of the provided amenities, including soap and shampoo, was unsatisfactory.

El staff del hotel es genial, la experiencia con ellos fue estupenda. Hablan inglés y se adaptaron a todas las vicisitudes tanto horario de salida, llegada..etc

Нам понравилось гостеприимство отеля, персонала, на замеченные недостатки реагировали быстро, все исправляли, помогали во всем, завтрак до 10, накормить могли и позже, по приезду в первый день так и получилось, идут на встречу, номера просторные, завтрак плотный, хороший, готовят вкусно, большие порции, мы еще и ужинали или обедали в отеле, потому что нравилась кухня, магазин продуктовый тоже есть через дорогу. Недалеко от центра, мы с детьми передвигались на такси. 5 минут до зоопарка.
Отель немного потертый, со следами на стенах, в номере не было холодильника, окна в трехместном номере можно было бы помыть. Постельное белье попросили поменять в первый день, потому что было потертое и с дыркой, поменяли тут же. Но цена не большая у отеля, простоватый, своих денег стоит, мы там только спали, было тихо и комфортно, и ели, питание понравилось.
