The house is absolutely beautiful. It feels warm and welcoming from the moment you walk in. The living room and kitchen are spacious, and we loved all the little details - the decor, furniture and styling -which gives the place unique character. The view is nice, and it’s incredibly peaceful and quiet. It was the perfect place to switch off and escape the city for a few days. We’d happily stay here again.

So comfortable. Lots of places to sit as sun tracked over house and deck. Great view. Beds comfortable. Pantry generously stocked. Nice and warm (we were there in July). Walked into Portland one day.

Our stay at the Mountain View Farm House in the Blue Mountains was absolutely magical. The location is breathtakingly beautiful, surrounded by nature, and truly feels like a peaceful countryside escape. Waking up to the soothing sound of birds chirping, with parrots greeting us in the morning, was such a refreshing experience. We were also lucky to see alpacas, kangaroos, and horses around the property, which made the stay even more special.
The farmhouse itself is a perfect blend of vintage charm and modern luxury. It feels like staying in an old English–style elegant home, thoughtfully upgraded with all the modern amenities you could need. The kitchen is fully equipped and modern, and the bathroom with its stylish shower and sink was spotless and luxurious. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful and relaxing sleep.
The hosts have provided more amenities than we even required, making the stay extremely comfortable and hassle-free. Access to the property was easy, with smooth entry and exit, adding to the overall convenience.
The ambience, comfort, views, and attention to detail were simply outstanding. This place truly offers the best of both worlds—vintage elegance with modern comfort. I would strongly recommend this beautiful farmhouse to anyone looking for a luxurious, peaceful, and memorable stay in the Blue Mountains. 🌿✨ 😀
