The property feels extremely secure, with two locking outer doors and a door code for the rental itself. Parking is always available on the street in front of the property or on an adjacent street. Feels very safe, even at night. Location absolutely cannot be beat, and for an incredible price. During Loyola events, local hotels jack up their pricing. This property, with three bedrooms, was cheaper than a 2-bed hotel room for move-in week. This is the second time we’ve stayed here for Loyola-related events in the past couple months, and I’ve already booked the identical adjacent property (same owner) for family weekend. After our last stay, I messaged the owner about a problem with the towels, and this time, all of the towels had been changed out. The property manager is extremely responsive and replies quickly to messages. Upon check-in, getting the key out of the lock box can be quite challenging, and the doors can be tricky to unlock until you get the hang of it. But the tradeoff is an incredible property to stay at, and well worth it. This property is NOT handicap-friendly. There are two short flights of steps into the building, followed by a twisting stairwell down to the property itself. Absolutely no way to get a wheelchair in, and if you’re at all physically challenged, getting in and out is going to be very tough. It’s a typical older brownstone type of building. But if you don’t have mobility challenges, I highly highly recommend this property. It is family-friendly, too, if you have children.
The key box is very difficult to get into

The property was very clean and comfortable to stay. The host was very responsive. Need to pay attention to the sign of street parking, but we somehow were able to find parking spaces for all three nights when we stayed there.
The water pressure of shower was a little bit low.
