Located less than 1,000 feet from beach access, you’re just a quick 2-minute walk away, making it easy to come and go throughout the day—perfect for snacks, naps, or grabbing anything you forgot. With 5 bedrooms, over 2,400 sq ft, and multiple indoor and outdoor lounging spaces, this charming 1940s retreat offers the ideal blend of comfort, convenience, and breezy coastal living.
Room to Gather & Room to Retreat: Traveling with a group? On Cloud Nine provides plenty of space for everyone to come together while still allowing privacy when you want it. Enjoy dining and entertaining on the outdoor terrace or unwind beneath the twinkle lights on the brick-paved backyard patio after a day at the beach. It’s the perfect spot for evening cocktails, grilling, or late-night conversations under the stars.
Cozy Lower-Level Lounge & Hangout Space: The downstairs living space is designed for fun and relaxation — perfect for kids, teens, or movie nights. Settle into the comfortable sectional sofa and enjoy the large flat-screen TV or the tabletop arcade game console that promises hours of entertainment. This level also includes a full-size washer and dryer, a full bathroom with a walk-in shower, and an additional half bathroom for convenience, plus an outdoor shower for rinsing off sandy toes after the beach.
Main Living Floor with Sunroom & Upper Deck: Head upstairs to the main living level, where the coastal light pours in. Gather in the living room for morning coffee or movie nights, or step onto the upper deck to dine outdoors and enjoy the Tybee breeze. The layout of the house was a little odd. Lots of doors and separate spaces. But plenty of room to spread out. Beds were very comfy. The tubs were VERY slow to drain. I did reach out to the owners and they offered to come out to repair it but we only had one day left so I didn’t take them up on that offer. The upstairs balcony furniture was dirty. They offered to come out and clean that but same deal that we were leaving the next day. Kitchen is well stocked with items we needed. Large pantry which was nice. We were at the end of the block where there is beach access but just know the boardwalk over the dunes is a LONG walk. Luckily our kids are older but I can see how it would be a hassle with little kids if you weren’t mentally prepared for that. High tide is HIGH so if it’s a busy time of year get out there early to claim a beach spot. Pretty beach though. Lots of shark teeth to be found. IGA is super close. Lots of cute beach stores and restaurants. Overall very happy and would return again!!

We loved our stay at this house! It was a great location to get to the beach, the house was clean, kept up well, and beautiful. The check in process was easy, we had no concerns, there were great amenities at the property and appreciate being able to use this beautiful home for our family vacation!

The house was very nice and came equipped with all of the necessities. There was a maintenance concern and the owners were extremely responsive.

Beautiful property! Very spacious and clean. The house is well-kept. Walking distance from literally everything. Our stay here was absolutely wonderful.
The only thing were the bath tubs, they clog.
