Vivere Lerici is a recently renovated apartment located in the center of Lerici, just outside the pedestrian zone, on the first floor of a modern building. The owners fell in love with this beautiful seaside spot and decided to share their joy with guests through Vivere Lerici.
The location is ideal: only a three-minute walk from the pedestrian center, where you’ll find historic buildings, local shops, and fine restaurants. The building is modern, and after a few steps, you can take the elevator or continue up the stairs to the first floor, where the apartment door opens.
The open-plan living area includes a double sofa bed, air conditioning, unlimited Wi-Fi, and a smart TV. The brand-new, fully equipped kitchen offers a four-burner electric stove, dishwasher, washing machine, and a comfortable dining table for four. The bathroom, also newly renovated, features a spacious shower and a window.
The bright bedroom has a second air conditioning unit and a small balcony, perfect for quiet breakfasts or evening drinks after a day at the beach. The apartment has air conditioning and heating in every room, making it suitable for winter stays as well.
