It was inviting & calm the very instant we arrived for checkin..the staff was amazing & made my daughter & i feel welcomed & comfy...which was greatly appreciated due to the event we were in Boston for & the arrving to a feeling of safety & comfort from a horrible flight...

The entire hotel decorating is warm, cozy and beautiful. We enjoyed the breakfast and the lounge room with fireplace. I enjoyed reading one of the books in the lounge while I drank coffee and ate a warm biscuit. Maggie was an outstanding hostess. It felt more like a high end bed and breakfast than a hotel. It was a memorable stay. We took photographs of the decorating because we wanted to remember some of the layers of color and texture.

Everything was amazing, from the communication days before our stay all the way to the very end and the checkout process. It was exactly what we were looking for - just a night out and a beautiful setting. The room was immaculate, the staff was warm and friendly, and the property is close to everything. Also everything from the linens to the towels and the hallways smells absolutely delicious and the books are just a fantastic extra in your room. Thank you!
