Great location - 300m from Memorial Hall and the heart of Cambridge. Nice breakfast and friendly staff. Staff are very responsive on email.
It is a little rundown - the mattress was very soft and the bedding not great, but the place is comfortable. It feels very squashed, as if there are too many rooms for the space.

Centralised temperature control, was feeling a little warm at night.
10 / 10Outstanding·Oct 2026
Warm welcome. Cozy, comfortable, and quiet room with a queen bed and two bunks, making it perfect for a family. Amazing breakfast. Parking included. Right next door to Harvard. Perfect base for exploring the city. Couldn’t believe how quiet it was at night.
5 / 10·Jul 2026
Breakfast included was a great option - not fancy, but comprehensive fare.
The mattress on my bed (room 313) needs replacement. It felt like sleeping in a hammock - completely bowed in the middle/Center, so I had a quite uncomfortable night.
