It was centrally located, the home was tidy and minimalistic-ally appointed. Many board games available and selection of streaming services. Heating was available, though wasn't often needed.
Home was a little under maintained. Leaking water pipe in the toilet and laundry basin meant presence of mould. Lights in the main bathroom weren't all working. Hole in the wall near the laundry door from water damage

The house offers all the commodities and items you might need for an enjoyable stay in Dunsborough.
The kitchen was well equipped (we took our coffee machine so we could have fresh coffee without leaving).
the TV had Stan, Disney and Netflix, which was great for our family evenings.
The location is fantastic and quiet, just a short walk from the beach and the footpath.
The backyard is limited but offers an outdoor dining area and a bbq.
The selection of books and board games is great, perfect for family time.
The house feels comfortable and cozy, and thoughtfully decorated.
The host, Kelli, was easy to communicate with.
The only thing that was below standards were the queen mattresses, they are well worn and we sank down each time we laid down - my back suffered a bit.
