Loved the proximity to all the classic Morro Bay sights and food and coffee! Loved that it had two bathrooms and a roll away bed. The renters were super responsive and helpful!
Didn’t like that it’s in the parking lot of a restaurant and that you woke by a large overflowing dumpster. Also not the best that it was above another apartment. With toddlers it’s hard to keep them from running and being noisy.
It was not as clean as som reviews stated. My toddlers bare feet were black within an hour of running around barefoot. We were asked not to wear shoes to keep floors clean but after we saw that we wore our shoes. The master bathroom also had ants which is my worst nightmare.

Very clean, comfortable, and excellent location. We also had guaranteed parking in an area where parking is not easy to find. Plus we had a washer/dryer!
A bit pricey but it was high season due to graduation week. I would prefer a 12 noon checkout.
