The location was excellent. The room itself was well-equipped. The remote staff is very kind.
The lack of a front desk should have been announced more clearly in advance, as the check-in process was quite troublesome. While the staff provided prompt and kind remote assistance, there were limits to what they could do. The glass-door partition in the shower room was broken and repaired after my call. Also, I would have liked the sheets changed at least once every three days (Not changing it every day is the right choice for the sake of the environment.). Amenities (water, towels) were not replenished unless I specifically asked. The Wi-Fi was possible only on the 1st day and did not work after; after I reported the issue, I was directed to use an alternative connection. I would have liked a manual for the coffee machine. Footsteps from the floor above could be heard clearly.
