Brand new, huge apartment 5 minute walk from the beach and all the restaurants. Great host who helped us a log. The price/value ratio is unbeatable.

Struttura nuova con grandi potenzialità, vicina al mare, bastano veramente tre minuti a piedi. Natasha gentilissima e disponibile, apprezzata la bottiglia d'acqua all'arrivo. Quello che scriverò nel negativo è solo qualche criticità che sicuramente verrà sistemata con il tempo, visto che l'arredamento non è ancora completo.
Mancano alcune comodità come un divanetto e una wifi. Lo scarico della doccia è lento. Le testiere dei letti sono di velluto e in una struttura ricettiva potrebbero dare problemi di allergia. L'armadio è solo uno, piccolino, se si va in quattro non basta, le stampelle però erano parecchie.

L'appartamento, che è ancora da completare, offre già un ottimo livello di comfort. E' funzionale e pulito. Non è lontano dal centro di Francavilla e dal mare (ci si arriva a piedi in pochi minuti). Inoltre è vicino a negozi di prima necessità (tra cui un panificio e una farmacia). Ottimo anche l'approccio di Natasha, la proprietaria, che è molto gentile e disponibile.
