Location was fine, though only signposted from one direction. Bedding didn’t fit the double bed, and no staff onsite, keycodes and instructions sent via text, although a phone number is provided if needed. Overall, an enjoyable night stay, beds could just be a bit more comfortable, for us at least.
Duvet cover was too small for the bed size, and duvets were too thick for the heat. We slept with no cover. We came from a direction that had no signposts or boards to indicate the Farmyard, which made it difficult to find.

Very well located on the St Augustine Way and close to the lovely pub in Doddington. Rooms and beds very comfortable and a well-stocked kitchen and comfy lounge

It was clean and comfortable. Communication in advance of arrival was clear and helpful.
It’s priced competitively, so I expected it to be basic, however I was very disappointed that there was no hot water in the morning for a shower. It was very noisy - the walls and door were incredibly thin, so you could hear everyone moving around.
