Brilliant location, had everything we needed and more.
Could have done with another toilet for the number of guests it holds, maybe instead of the pantry?
We couldn’t put the heating on when we arrived, it did come on so it would have been nice to have had a little folder with bits of info inside like the heating, wifi, television controls and maybe nearby attractions, etc.

Cozy accommodation, tastefully decorated with good sized bedrooms & fully fitted kitchen.
Sufficient sockets for all our electrical devices.
Beds were very comfortable & linens lovely & clean. We found everything we needed for 5 of us during our stay.
Located a short walk away from the town & close to river.
There a just a couple of small issues that stopped us giving highest scores - bathroom lock was broken (this was also mentioned on an Airbnb review from another client), kitchen table is a bit unstable which meant drinks were easily spilled if the table was knocked.
The oven shelf/tray needs replacing as it is quite burnt.
Could have done with better advice on recycling our rubbish - pictures online didn’t match bins/boxes provided so we took a guess!
However we wouldn’t deter anyone from staying here because of these issues.

We had a wonderful week long stay at 3A Handbridge, Chester - managed by 53 Degrees Property Ltd. Communication with the management team was excellent with quick responses to any questions. The property was easy to access with keys in a lockbox, the house was clean and tidy on arrival with 3 large bedrooms (with 3 large comfortable beds) a separate sitting room and well equipped kitchen and within only a few minutes walk of the town centre.
We parked the car in a residential street about 5 minutes walk away although parking is available right outside the property overnight if required and up to 30 minutes between 8am and 6pm for dropping off or collecting. The parking was the only negative but since the town is in close walking distance this wasn’t a problem.
