This excellent new and modern house is located on the seafront with a spacious living room, cable TV and internet, in common with a complete and very modern kitchen, with refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle and other kitchen utensils.
Three bedrooms with double beds. It has two complete bathrooms.
A garage with several useful utensils for the house such as washing machine, ironing board, table and chairs.
This house was built and framed with patio, balcony, living room and all bedrooms with the impressive privilege of having views of the sea, Ilhéu das Cabras, Ilhéu Pequena, the entire parish of Porto Judeu and the mountain.
Around the house there is a large and impressive garden which is an ideal place to rest and relax in total privacy. In the courtyard there is a mobile grill, table and chairs for entertaining.
The balcony has outdoor furniture.
