The property is accessed via a gravel driveway leading to the parking area. There is also a landscaped garden area, with lawn, flowers and various trees. The main entrance of this cosy property leads into a bright living/dining room. To its right is an open plan kitchen, separated by a breakfast bar. The house has two double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and air conditioning units, as well as a complete bathroom. Outside, there is a pleasant swimming pool next to a well-kept garden area, next to the covered terrace and a barbecue, where you can put your culinary skills into practice and savour your own meals in an idyllic setting.
