Súper amplio, cómodo y bien ubicado!! La atención del anfitrión ha sido genial
Booking indicaba que el check out era hasta las 11am, pero nos quitaron el acceso digital a las 10am. Ese último día salimos temprano, y volvimos 10.45 a buscar nuestras maletas con el taxi esperándonos en la calle, pero ya no teníamos acceso al departamento. Por suerte estuvieron atentos a los mensajes y al cabo de unos 15 minutos se resolvió.

Great location with loads of places to eat and drink within a short walk. Nice air conditioning which was needed during the heatwave.
The apartment had two nice bedrooms but no where to sit and relax. Beds were too soft

Convenient location. In the heart of old town Rome - close to the colosseum and also to Cavour Metro.
Really nicely decorated.
Fantastic Airconditioners in the bedrooms.
The kitchen is quite basic equipment - no toaster or sieve to drain pasta.
It is on the 3rd floor, so it is tricky for elderly people with suitcases (my parents were with us and we needed to assist them)

Bedrooms were a good size, beds very comfortable and plenty of hanging space. Decor, linen etc nice. Air conditioning worked. Location convenient for walking to many areas of Rome.
The door code for the front door of the building (sent as a link to phone) mostly did not work. We were stuck outside trying to access the building for 30 minutes on 2 successive evenings until we disturbed other flat owners. (The code to the apartment door worked ok.) The property owner was very unresponsive but on the third evening eventually sent over a colleague who gave us a key to the front door. This inconvenience really spoilt our enjoyment of the stay. I would strongly recommend that other guests insist on a key to the front door of the building.
The online booking process (Vikey) is extremely cumbersome and needs improvement. It is frustrating to have to deal with a bot.
The apartment is adequate in size for 2 single people but the bathroom is very small and the kitchen/dining area is also small so I think it would be cramped for 2 couples. There is no other sitting area and no outdoor space.
A few small points - plastic wine glasses and no tumblers, no waste paper baskets in bedrooms, bathroom could do with a couple of hooks. Wifi kept dropping out in further bedroom.
